Invitations
Invite people to your team.
Invite someone
Team admins invite people from Settings → Team:
- On the Members tab, click Invite.
- Enter the Email address and choose a role: Admin (invite users, change roles, and delete the team) or Member (manage emails, domains, and webhooks).
- Click Invite.
The installation emails an invitation link. This needs an account email sender; without one, inviting fails with "Account email isn't set up yet. Ask your administrator to choose a sender in Amazon SES settings."
Accept an invitation
After the first account, nobody can sign up without an invitation: the signup email must match a pending invitation. The invited person signs up or signs in with that address, verifies it, and chooses Accept invitation (or Reject invitation) on the invitation page. Signed-in users also see pending invitations under Invites on their profile.
An invitation alone is not membership. Owning the email domain, or an identity provider asserting the address, never grants access to a team.
Manage invitations
Admins see the Invitations card on Settings → Team, with each invitation's Email, Role, Status (Pending or Expired) and Expires date. Its menu has Resend invitation, which sends a fresh link, and Cancel invitation.
Invitations expire after seven days.
Removing access
Removing a member from the team, or the member leaving, also revokes the OAuth apps they authorized for the team.
