Profile

Manage your own account: email, teams, sign-in methods, MFA, apps, and deletion.

Open your profile

Choose My profile from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Everything on this page belongs to your account, across all your teams.

Your email

Enter a new Email address and click Update email. Opensend emails a confirmation link to the new address, and the change takes effect once you open it. Confirmation emails need the installation's account email sender.

Invites and teams

Invites lists pending invitations to other teams, with Accept invitation and Reject invitation actions.

Teams lists the teams you belong to, with your role and when you joined. Each row's menu has View, Settings, Leave, and, for teams where you are an admin, Rename. Leaving a shared team removes your membership; if you are its only member, the confirmation asks you to type DELETE and deletes the team. Domain cleanup must finish first.

Authentication

Authentication lists how you can sign in:

  • Email & Password: click Change password, enter your Current password and a New password. Other sessions are signed out.
  • Team SSO: when your current team has SSO, Continue with SSO links your account to the team's identity provider. Admins of a team without SSO see Configure SSO instead.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Click Enable MFA and confirm your password. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as 1Password or Google Authenticator, enter a code, and save the Backup codes somewhere safe. From then on, password sign-in asks for a code.

You can Regenerate backup codes (the old ones stop working) or Disable MFA; both ask for your password. MFA protects password sign-in; SSO sign-in relies on your identity provider's own checks.

OAuth apps

OAuth apps lists the third-party apps you have authorized, per team, with their permissions. Revoke one with Revoke access. See OAuth apps.

Delete your account

Delete account permanently deletes your account and every team where you are the only member. Transfer admin access before leaving a shared team. If your last sign-in was more than five minutes ago, sign in again first. The installation administrator cannot delete their account while AWS is connected; transfer the role first.
