Behavior and errors

Use limit and after; before is rejected. Responses are capped at 4 KiB and history expires after 90 days. Installations upgraded from a version that kept only the latest result have no earlier individual attempts.

Use a full-access credential. Unknown or foreign resources return 404. See authentication, errors, rate limits, and pagination.
