List Attachments

List attachments for a sent email with download links that expire after one hour (requires full access). Deleting the team or expiring the email revokes these links.

Behavior and errors

Attachment IDs are stable and opaque. Downloads are signed for one hour. Retention expiry or team removal revokes access.

Use a full-access credential. Unknown or foreign resources return 404. See authentication, errors, rate limits, and pagination.
