List Automation Runs
List runs for an automation, optionally filtered by status (requires full access).

afterquery · optional | string | Resource ID for the next page. Cannot be combined with before. See Pagination. |
beforequery · optional | string | Resource ID for the previous page. Cannot be combined with after. See Pagination. |

Filter by running, completed, failed, or cancelled. Multiple statuses can be comma-separated or repeated. Finished histories expire after 30 days.
Use a full-access credential. Unknown or foreign resources return 404. See authentication, errors, rate limits, and pagination.
